FORMAT: One round singles then one round doubles (semi-randomly determined by scores of the singles round). After the first round, players will be split into 4 pools according to scores (A,B,C,D). Players will be drawn at random, one from A and one from B, to be paired together. Then the same for C and D to make two divisions for doubles.
